Swimming pools
The Oval has a 6 lane 25m competition pool and a shallow 12.5m teaching pool with ramped access and facilities for disabled swimmers.
Large family friendly changing areas are available, 3 accessible changing rooms and 2 larger communal rooms with showers.

Gym
All the latest equipment including running machines, rowers, cross-trainers and bikes, functional rig and resistance machines and free weights.
An induction is required before using any equipment. Last admission is 1 hour before closing.
A teen gym admissions policy is in operation at this centre. View it here.
All customers MUST have their membership card in order to gain access to Gym. Membership cards can be purchased at reception for £1.
Sports hall
An indoor sports hall is available with facilities for:

400m athletics track with athletics field grandstand with seating for 200 spectators
changing facilities are available for club and school use a fully equipped disabled changing room is also available Full-sized football pitch Grass football pitch in the centre of the athletics stadium.

🎾 Courts must be pre-booked online
🎾 Keep all access gates open at all times
🎾 Allow others to leave before you enter the court - wait away from the gates
🎾 No competitions, coaching or group sessions
🎾 Play with members of the same house or one individual from another house only
🎾 Maximum of 2 players per court (unless players are all from the same household)
🎾 All litter and discarded items must be taken away and disposed of by court users
🎾 No shaking hands or physical contact with other players
🎾 Only handle your own racket and personal (marked) tennis balls
🎾 Follow Public Health guidelines around hygiene
🎾 Avoid changing ends or change at opposite sides of net
🎾 Maintain social distancing at all times

Facebook Live Classes will be held on this page, all classes are completely free and there is no need to book on just make sure to 'Like' our page to make sure you don't miss out!
