Our FREE online classes are available for everyone to enjoy and keep fit and active from home. 

All classes are streamed live on our Invigor8 Facebook page and saved in the video library to be watched and followed at your own convenience. They are are completely FREE & there is no need to book on just make sure to ‘Like’ our page to make sure you don’t miss out! The weekly timetable is available on this page for you to plan your activities.
